carefully and gently. POONZwear.com topless sandals are warranted for one year
of adhesive functionality. POONZwear.com topless sandals are reusable and can be
cleaned with soap and water. Adhesivity is enhanced with periodic or as-needed
soap and water cleaning – and brushing when necessary. POONZwear.com topless
sandals are warranted against obvious product defects. POONZwear.com DOES NOT
accept returns from customers experiencing perspiration-related or air
humidity-related foot-to-sandal bonding problems. Topless Sandals should be
stored in a dry and clean environment. POONZwear.com topless sandals should be
stored “sole-to-sole.” Do not stick topside surfaces together. See “Conditions
of Use” and “Shipping & Returns” sections for other conditions and terms and
return/refund information.
Shipping:
Please allow for up to 2
business days for products in inventory to be packaged before sending via Canada Post. We ship to Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
Returning POONZwear.com orders
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 14
days from ship date. However, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in
original packaging to receive a refund (subject to restocking fee and less cost
of shipping) or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of
payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color
only.
Restocking Fees:
We will credit your account the cost of your order, less shipping fees. If you
have received free shipping, we will refund you the amount of your order, minus
what it cost to ship your order to you. Please remember, we enjoy offering the
free shipping. However, we can not re-ship for free, or pay for your shipping if
you return an order. If you need to exchange for another size, you will need to
pay the cost of shipping the second order to you.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, there is no restocking fee
for exchanges or store credit. However, we reserve the right to charge a
restocking fee for excessive exchanges.
Exchanges
There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Manufacturers Guarantee
All topless sandals are guaranteed for one year by the manufacturer. If for
any reason the adhesive loses its stickiness please refer to the original
packaging for the address to receive a replacement.
